1. Service and group access

Grupy.chat helps you summarize WhatsApp group chats and export member numbers to CSV. Only connect a WhatsApp number that belongs to you.

Grupy.chat reads messages and member data from the groups you choose, as long as your number is a member of that group. Grupy.chat does not read personal chats or other groups.

AI summaries can be wrong or miss context. Check important information before you make decisions.

2. Export responsibility

Before every export, you must accept the following statement of responsibility:

I declare that I will use this data only for a lawful purpose, not for spam or resale, and I take full responsibility for how it is used.

You must have an appropriate legal basis to use member data. If needed, ask for their consent. Being a member of a group does not automatically give permission for every use of data.

Protect the CSV file you download. You are responsible for storing, sharing, and using that file outside Grupy.chat.

Exports only include numbers that are available. Members with a hidden number or an LID identity are marked “Number not available”. Grupy.chat does not guess their numbers.

3. Prohibited use

• Using member data for spam, selling it, or using it without a legal basis.
• Connecting a number that belongs to someone else, or accessing groups without permission.
• Using Grupy.chat to harass others or to break the law.

Grupy.chat does not offer a bulk messaging feature.

4. WhatsApp number risk

Grupy.chat is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp can restrict or block numbers that are linked to other services, including Grupy.chat.

A low read rate and pauses do not remove this risk. We cannot guarantee that your number will always stay active. Think about this risk before you connect a number.

5. Data processing

Before text is sent to an AI model, Grupy.chat masks numbers and names. Grupy.chat stores chats and summaries according to your plan: up to 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, and 180 days on Pro. The WhatsApp history that is available may be only partial.

Read the Privacy Policy to learn which data we read and store. You can unlink WhatsApp from Grupy.chat or from the Linked devices menu on your phone.

6. Plans and quotas

Limits for groups, messages, exports, and history follow the plan you choose. If your message quota runs out, Grupy.chat stops creating new summaries. Running out of quota does not delete data that is still within your plan's retention period.
