No. The Free plan costs $0. Its limits are 1 WhatsApp number, 3 groups, 5,000 messages per month, and 7 days of history.
How do I get more than the Free plan includes?
Teams that need more numbers or groups can write to halo@grupy.chat.
What happens when I use up my message quota?
Grupy pauses new summaries until your quota resets. Your chats and summaries stay for the rest of your history period.
Do AI assistants have a separate quota?
Summaries written by Grupy use the same quota as the dashboard. Reading messages from an AI assistant uses a separate permission and does not use up your summary quota.
Can I stop using Grupy.chat?
Yes. You can unlink your number or delete your account at any time. Write to halo@grupy.chat if you need help.
